工業烘干機的使用說明
1:打開機門,將脫水后的物料均勻地放置在轉筒內,然后將門關閉鎖緊。
2:根據織物種類,選擇合適的時間,調節定時裝置至所需時間。
3:按啟動按鈕,起動風機,根據用戶需要,轉筒旋轉方向 可選擇單向旋轉和雙向旋轉。只要將三位置開關旋向單向或雙向,機器就會根據要求執行單向運轉達或雙向動轉(正轉25秒,停25秒,反轉25秒)。
4:經常從觀察窗觀看內部織物的翻轉情況,如發現意外情況應及時切斷電源,檢查故障。
5:機器運行至規定時間時,機器將自動停止運轉,此時須請操作者開門檢查內部織物的烘干情況,如未達到可適當延長時間。
6:打開機門,取出織物,再進入下一輪烘干循環。
工業烘干機的維護保養
1:經常打掃周圍環境,清除散熱器上面的雜物和下面過濾網上的雜物。
2:經常檢查蒸汽管道及疏水管道的漏氣和暢通情況。
3:經常檢查傳動系統的運轉情況,調節好三角膠帶的松緊。
4:經常檢查各電器元件的接觸和絕緣情況。
5:經常給各傳動軸承加注潤滑油。
6:請每半年給設備保養一次。
工業烘干機的安裝
工業烘干機沒有過的安裝要求,只要用戶將設備放置在相對平穩的地面上就行。安放前請預先考慮進汽、疏水及通風管道的進出位置。
工業烘干機的電器原理
工業烘干機電器主要控制一臺主傳動電機,一臺或二臺風機。接通電源,電源指示燈亮,按起動按鈕起動風機,風機指示燈亮,選擇時間控制機器運轉時間,機器運轉由三位置開關控制其運轉方向,運行指示燈同時亮,總停按鈕控制整機電源。
