●脫水力，顯著降烘干時間，減少能耗：350G脫水率洗脫機，脫后布草含水率將于55，從而可降烘干能耗和熨平能耗，對于槽式熨平機可減少一個預烘干的程序，從而減輕工人的勞動強度機節省烘干時間。
●震動量：采用新利技術，利號為201210308696.5，使布草均布后的偏心度減小，降了機器的震動。
●穩定性，減少維修成本：采用的理念優化設計框架結構，使得機器堅固、穩定;內膽采用3mm鏡面不銹鋼，提了內膽的強度；關鍵零部件和原器件采用，確保性能穩定；外缸采用304不銹鋼材料，提了機器的抗腐蝕能力，延長了機器使用壽命，叫囂了鐵離子對洗滌質量的影響。
●綠色水洗，節能環保：窄水箱，內外膽間隙小，容積減小，節約水消耗及化料消耗；采用排水后均布脫水，可打卡提上漿效率；提布草的潔凈度；震保護后，無需加水，可啟動脫水程序，節省運行時間，降了水的消耗量；若采用新回用水利配置（利號為201020192989.8）可使水循環使用，降水消耗66以上。
